Every Zachary Jude piece ships fully insured, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Commissions

Bespoke pieces and engagement rings are made to order. Your timeline will be confirmed at the time of your deposit, and we will keep you updated until your piece is ready to ship.

Ready to Ship

Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day are processed the same day. Once processed, domestic orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

International Orders

International orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Commissions

Because each commission is made to order, bespoke pieces and engagement rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready to Ship

Pieces that are not made to order may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. To qualify, a piece must be unworn and in its original condition, with all packaging and documentation, including any grading report.

Holiday Gifting

Ready to Ship pieces purchased between November 1st and December 26th may be returned until January 14th for store credit. Commissions remain final sale.

Inspection

All returns are inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to decline any piece that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Store credit is issued once the inspection is complete.
